PiBoIdMo Day #30: Alphabet Zoo

It's the final day of PiBoIdMo! Inspired by the 30th PiBoIdMo blog post of the month, I wrote my 30th first draft. This time, I took Kim Norman's suggestion about using an online list of nouns to devise alliterative titles a bit further: I used several online word lists to create an alphabet book where each entry consists of at least one adjective, two nouns, and one verb, all of which alliterate!

Here are some of my favorites:
cranky camel campers cooking cactus

gaudy gecko golfers gazing

kooky kangaroo karate kids kicking kettles
A very fun way to end PiBoIdMo!

  1. Wow, you are a berry busy bunny, Nori! Even more so if you managed to write 30 first DRAFTS in 30 days? Holy cow! I thought PiBoIdMo was about coming up with ideas to flesh out later. If you managed 30 first drafts, you deserve a gold tiara! You also deserve a vacation! I'm proud to have been a tiny part of your inspiration.

    1. Yup, it was drafts, not just ideas. I decided to aim a little higher. And the amazing thing was that it didn't turn out to be that hard! I think there might be a lesson here for us writers. The biggest obstacle to productivity is just us not thinking we can do it, and so not trying.
